Booking terms
By registering, you agree to the following:
Your booking: Registration is a request, not a guaranteed place. Places are allocated first come, first served, subject to security approval and capacity. You may select several slots, but we will allocate one session.
Your confirmation: Your final confirmation will include your date, time and Johannesburg venue. It may arrive the day before your tour. Please attend only once confirmed. All times are South African Standard Time (SAST).
Admission and security: Right of admission is reserved, even with a valid ticket. Follow all security procedures, including ID, bag and pat-down checks if required. Admission may be refused for intoxication, inappropriate attire or
conduct that affects others’ safety or enjoyment. Offensive, disruptive or threatening behaviour may lead to removal without warning or refund.
Keep event details private: Do not post the venue or specific event details publicly or on social media. These details may only be shared with vetted, registered guests on the day before the event.
Communications: Providing your details is voluntary. By registering, you consent to receive communications from the organisers. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Donations: Donations are processed by WalletDoc and are non-refundable. SAZF is not registered to issue Section 18A tax certificates.
